    Hi Guys,

Last night I defrosted a packet of mince from tesco to make burgers.
I only used half the pack and left the remainder in the fridge.
Would it be safe to use this minces meat thsi evening to make chilli or spagetthi?
On the pack it says once opened use imeediatley but my flatmate is certain it'll be grand! I'm kinda broke and am hoping he's right?!

On a side note, the burgers were amazing last night.

In a bowl I mixed the meat, an egg, 1 weetabix, chilli powder, cumin, coriander, franks hot sauce, tabassco, salt and black pepper. Cooked in about 15 minutes - bangin!!

It should be fine in the fridge for a couple of days but as shrap said, use your nose.
