More 4 has dropped the daily editions of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, opting only to show the weekly Global Edition. Shocking that a show of this quality and increasing importance in the US is not picking up a larger audience this side of the pond.

I'll be giving out about it here - Channel 4 contact/feedback page

Really surprised it only averaged 75,000 viewers in the UK, I was one of them. I think its a great show and will still be able to watch it online but its a pity it won't be shown on More 4 anymore. Its much better than the constant repeats of home improvement shows they have on the rest of the time. :(

I think that's the reason no one is watching it, it's all about American politics.

That is ridiculous. They should be working on getting the episodes more quickly and showing Colbert Report after.

The combination of shows is amazing.

Ya know this confirms my belief that viewing figures are a load of made up BS.
I personally know of about a dozen people who (used to) watch this program every single day on More4. And that is just from the very small group of people I know. 75k seems an incredibly low viewership total for the whole of the uk.

Good to see that they have filled the slot with repeats of their usual rubbish

Care to elaborate on that? Are you referring to the daily show no longer being available here or a particular post?

The thread obviously. If it was a post I would have quoted it. Don't be so paranoid.
