Gift ideas for tradesmen/postie/etc?

    Can anyone give me some ideas for gifts for the second most important men in my life - the lads in the local garage? They are absolute stars, have gotten me out of a few fixes in the past year and are fair and 100% trustworthy. I recently had the car in for a service so need to settle the bill tomorrow and would love to give them some sort of a token on top. None of them are big drinkers so any ideas other than alcohol would be much appreciated.

    I'd also like to give something to our excellent postwoman - any ideas there?

    Is there anything you know any of the lads like?

    For the postlady - if you don't know her likes/dislikes then something simple like chocolates or a voucher would be a nice idea. Could be a voucher for a shopping centre near her, or a voucher for something pampering (if you think she'd be into that).

    No, I've no idea what the lads would like. I'm thinking of just getting them some nice cakes or chocolates or something, at least they'd have something nice for their tea breaks. I can't break the bank either.

    Pamper voucher for postie is perfect, cheers for that.
