Improving FM Radio reception

    Hi all,

Guys is there any way to improve the FM radion reception in my house? In particular I have a couple of devices that use a long thin wire as their antenna.

My main stereo has a Co-Axial connector and I have used an external antenna to good effect, and my car sitting in the drive can get a perfect reception but these devices keep cutting in and out.

Any help with these is appreciated.

Dont just let your wire aerial hang down, tape or staple it vertical to a wall, your aerial needs to be in the clear so near a window is better, if there is an external aerial socket at the back for a vhf aerial its east to make a better one up

No external antenna socket I'm affraid

I did have a try moving the antenna around, I'll try taping it vertically upwards to see if there is any improvement. It's a high fairly high end I-pod dock/clock radio that is giving me the most trouble.
