Malware log registry keys infected

Hi, I have ran Malware and it found 7 infected itlems by trojans which I've subsequently deleted. Some were in the registry keys. Would any of my information regarding banking, paypal or amazon be effected before the removal of the trojans.

Probably noone but the trojan authors themselves can tell you for sure what they did or didn't do while on your machine. You should therefore assume that they got at whatever details you need to protect and act accordingly.
