Parking Light on Golf

My parking light on the passenger side was blown, so the lads changed it for me. They had to practically dismantle the car to get it in! Is there an easier way to do this? Its a 07 model. I read the manual and it gives no info on how to change the bulb!

went thru this before
all u need is a special pliers and KNOW HOW
very very difficult thing to do without this knowledge.
would say shoit.
