    or less.

    why 4Tb of HDD?

    PSU?

    price?

    processor?

you dont need more than 4gb of RAM, unless you do heavy video/photo editing, on a massive scale. my money says you dont.

    what assus MoBo?

we need alot more details, and prices....

Jeez, don't capitalise the first letter of every word, it's annoying.

TBH, Flight Sim X is a disaster. Even MS realised it and discontinued it because it was such a resource hog. They're building a new one from the ground up to use newer 3d and physics engines.

I don't think that was the reason it was dropped.

Sorry I don't have the exact specs on the PSU,Processor or Motherboard.
I would do a lot of HD video/Photo editing too.
4 TB might be overkill but I can get it pretty cheap.
    Price completed 1,340.

for €1340 (a very high end budget) I'd want to know a-lot more than just basic info.

just threw this together quickly. its €1383 delivered, but whats 40 euro when your budget is this high.

i dont know anything about your current components, but this will sh** up and down that rig like its angry daddy after losing everything in a divorce.

    beastb.jpg

    i7
12gb tripple channel very fast ram
120gb SSD (the fastest and best SSD of its kind)
2TB of the fastest HDD around. i honestly dont think you need more, but thats your own discression,
HD 6970 gpu. no benchmarks yet, but it should be comparable to the HD 5970. link to comparason between 5970 and GTX 470 the 5970 runs circles around that 470.

oh and a lovely quiet case to finish it off.

    need i say more?

lol i could have sworn he never mentioned an OS in his OP. oh well. €45 if you're a student, but that would put my build nearly €90 over budget. quite the fail, but quite the rig.

you could either drop the fancy case and get a ~€50 one, or drop 6gb of ram. i dont so heavy video editing, is 12gb much better than 6 in terms of real world usage?
i know for encoding/editing id want an i7 6gb rig over "quad core 3.1ghz" and 8gb of unknown ram anyday.
