Tile Board/Shower Board Help!

Hi Folks,

I'm looking to make small whiteboards on the cheap. I've found a lot of sites describing how to do this e.g.

and it seems perfect judging on feedback etc.

I just don't know where i'd source tile/shower in Ireland or whether it goes under that name here.

Any showerboard I have seen has been expensive enough. Not to say its not available i just have not seen it.

What a teacher of ours did years ago was use perspex sheets cut into a4 sizes for us.

This might be another idea. You can paint the back of it white and write on the front.

This might not be cheap either though.


Have you ever considered chalk and a blackboard... The cheapest make i know.
