Radars always on?

    Any idea how to turn radars always on in BL Ops?
    The last one had that option when you're playing Multiplayer with your mates.
    Now we're fooling around on large maps trying to find each other with no strategy to it.

    From looking online it doesnt seem possible.
    Any idea's?
