pipes burst and in my mams house last night , the mains was turned off but the pipe that bust was from the tank in the attic to the the toilet and cold taps in sink and bath. Its the old wavin-like black pipe (not hydroair).I drained ,the sealed oil heating system and took all the water out of tank in attic
Im no plumber but im gonna replace the pipe with qualpex

    so a couple of questions.
    1. how much is a 50m roll of3/4" in qualpex
    2. how much are the copper joints
    3. should i replace the hydroair main feed up to the tank in attic

    thanks hope someone can help

Not sure, but you should be able to get it in a length that you need rather than a full roll

Depends where you buy them. Go to homebase, and they'll stand you about 7 quid a go, but if you go to a merchant like heatmerchants, you could be looking at about 3 quid each depending on the fitting you want. You can check out www.pulsardirect.ie for ideas, but you will be paying more than whats there in a shop
