Is it time for the Feats of Strength yet, or are we still at the Airing of Grievances? :D

By accepting this greeting you are bound by these terms that-
    * This greeting is subject to further clarification or withdrawal

    * This greeting implies no promise by the wishor to actually implement any of the wishes.
    * This greeting may not be enforceable in certain jurisdictions and/or the restrictions herein may not be binding upon certain wishees in certain jurisdictions and is revocable at the sole discretion of the wishor.
    * This greeting is warranted to perform as reasonably may be expected within the usual application of good tidings, for a period of one year or until the issuance of a subsequent holiday greeting, whichever comes first.
    * The wishor warrants this greeting only for the limited replacement of this wish or issuance of a new wish at the sole discretion of the wishor
    * Any references in this greeting to "the Lord", "Father Christmas", "Our Saviour", or any other festive figures, whether actual or fictitious, dead or alive, shall not imply any endorsement by or from them in respect of this greeting, and all proprietary rights in any referenced third party names and images are hereby acknowledged.

Wishing all ye Boardsie lads and lassies a very Happy Christmas (and injury free new year full of PBs).

The kids are settled down to bed. Santa is waiting for them to be fully asleep and then fit approx 30 bits out of a box with 60 screws and bits and bobs. After some time and 1 or 2 Guinness later it should resemble a kitchen for Miss Macanri.

    Have a great one!

    Happy Christmas to all.

I think I'll knock the GOAL mile on the head for this year. It doesn't seem a sensible thing to do with a slight wheeze and -10 outside. Ah well, maybe next year. Or maybe they'll have to move it back to Easter, where it started.

P.S. I ran my mile PB in the first one back in 1983.

I did the GOAL Christmas Day mile today in spite of the conditions. The avenue in Raheny was like an ice rink.

    Happy Christmas all!

Was out for a lovely 7 at 7.30am, took about 10min for the fingers to warm with the therm gloves but some stunning views. Gotta bring the camera tomorrow and take some shots.

Hanging for the dinner at the moment, was given out to for picking at the stuffing balls. Still another hour before dinner. Jaysus.

    Now to get another beer.
