I'm not sure if this goes here or the ads but here made more sense to me.

anyways I'm wondering if anyone knows of a place where i can get metal parts made. The front part of my F2000 broke, this holds the barrel and the flashider, and it's made from pot metal so was going to break.
anyone have any ideas where i can get one/buy or like i said get one made, or even if someone has one lying around, which i doubt:(

    thanks

In the technical discussion/project suggestions section of arnies there is a thread where you can ask for custom machined parts, I got a very reasonable quote once for an rpk74 flash hider.

There is a thread already, look up (custom machined parts) in project suggestions, its in technical discussion, if you don't find it I can link you to it this evening, you need an account to see that part of the forum and be logged in.

Edit: Oh sorry mis-read you, just put in a post describing what you'd like, you'll get a pm most likely from people who can do it.

Sorry man I know I upgraded one but the parts in the photo do not look familiar to me, must be the ravages of old age
I wish I could be of some help to you but alas no
I hope the folks on Arnies can be of some help to you

hopefully. the reason you probably don't recgonise it is because it's not from the gearbox but it's from the front, where those threads on the piece are the threads for a flashider and the two pins should be attached to this, these then screw into the upper receiver.
