For digital controllers i would say the traktor kontrol s4 but you can buy midi controllers really cheap and map them to do anything so it would depend on your budget.
For cdj's i would go for numark ndx 800's or the radius series but you can get cdj 400's and 800's used on adverts for less than 1000
