Pistol scope mount that uses your slide lock lever hole.

I'm looking for one of these:
    http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/airsoft/Accessories_Scope_Rails_Mounts_AEP_GBB_Airsoft_Surgeon_Pro_Shooter_Mount_font_color_red_Pre_Order_Now_font.htm

Has anyone ever seen a similar mount or know where an original may still be in stock ?

Its a very clever idea for a Pistol mount for a open/reddot sight where instead of drilling into the body of your pistol and tapping screws into the frame this design replaces your slide locking lever/pin so you don't need to drill holes in your gun to install.

Better still is that the design of it looks like it may let you swap and change
to different Pistols from the 1911 range without causing any destruction to
    the body's of the guns.

(any Irish retailers feel free to butt in on this thread and say
"yes bullets we can get one for you at a bargain price :D ")

If the pistol you are planning on using it on has a rail you maybe could use this type of mount
The colour is a bit naff but spray paint can fix that

The good folks in SE airsoft may be helping me out with regards to
getting my mits on the type I was looking for :D Not that I can afford it
yet since my wallet is all cleaned out on other purchases at the moment.
(I cant afford the red-dot that I want to put on said mount yet either)

Yeah was gonna get something like you suggested if I could not get my hands on the airsoft surgeon type. And I'm totally ashamed to say
that particular Naff colour that looks like it should be part of a some sort of rock climbing gear was the exact shade I was hoping to get for a magwell bumper/lip type thing and trigger  (or any other colour except for chrome or black)

I've one Pistol that I want to pimp a little but dont want to touch the body/frame,
I've another Pistol on the way which is going to act as a sacrificial lamb that I am going to mess about with
    and make real ugly.

Please remember that ugliness or beauty is in the eye of the beholder

...and if you've got a mean dot sight on a race pistol, anyone who disagrees with you is merely a trigger squeeze away from seeing reason :D

B, there's another non-destructive option you could try for a scope mount on a 1911 frame.

    CAROM-MB-TMM1911_mark2_1.jpg

This style of mount uses a plate that goes between the grip and the frame. It's not massively difficult to find and it means you can keep your slide lock functional. Ehobby only have one listed and it's out of stock, but I'm certain I've seen them on a bunch of other websites. Redwolf being one of them, probably UN Company too.

    Sweet that looks great too.

Got a donor gun a TM 5.1 hi cappa today. The mags are not feeding the BB's correctly for some reason
but golly gosh its accurate. It actually hits where I am aiming straight out of the box. Had a mad laugh
breaking bright orange clays in the snow earlier.
Feels very light and plastic (tis crap compared to WA ABS) but my WE 1911 metal slide fits perfectly on it.
Will use it to start pimping.
