    Looking to burn a few of those Xmas calories off?

    Midleton Cylcing Club are having a Xmas Day Out / Sportive on 30th December.
    Leaving from Dungarvan @ 10am for 110km spin (at a pace suitable to the occasion - it being Xmas week and all)

    Then a bite to eat and maybe a few drinks afterwards - either in Dungarvan or back in Midleton, yet to be decided.

    Back-up vehicle on-hand in case anyone over did it with the Xmas dinner and needs a break.
    €15 for non-members and this includes membership for 2011 if wanted.
