Upgraded IBooks now not reading a lot of existing PDFS

I've a IPad IOS 3.22 jailbroken. As the title suggests i suppose. I've downloaded a lot of magazines from the net and theyre in PDF format, they worked before I upgraded IBooks and some of them still work but id say about 80% of them. did a little googlein and found that others seem to be having the same issue! Anyone here…
