Chose wrong station to pick up train ticket...

I booked a train ticket from Limerick to Dublin today, and made a bit of a balls of it. Chose to pick my tickets up in Heuston Station instead of Limerick, durrr. And since it's Sunday tomorrow, their customer service line will be closed and I won't be able to change my details before I travel.

Just wondering if anyone else has managed to do the same, and if the staff at the ticket desk will be able to print my ticket for me anyway? Or will I have to book a new ticket altogether (and rip my hair out over my gross incompetence)?

If there is a problem, the staff in the ticket office should be able to get it for you.

Having photo ID and/or the credit card used will help.

In the station they have an automated system where you use your credit card to collect your tickets, and a manual service where you would deal with a person in the ticket office.

As far is I know because you used the wrong station you cannot use their automated service, but if you go to the ticket office to collect your tickets you should be fine.

It doesn't make a difference at all

Just go to any station anywhere with a ticket machine regardless of what you selected and you will get your tickets

You need the booking reference code to collect
