I remember awhile back I read that Elite Model Management were opening an office in Dublin, but then I never heard or saw anything about it, did it ever open? Ireland really deserves at least one internation agency offshot. Look at the girls found on The Model Agent/Scouts, theres incredible talent to be found here but no ones really looking, all they want is photocall models who look good in a bikini!
