changing from.223 to 22/250

well lads my mate is after buying a new rifle he is changing from a
.223 to 22/250 for varmint shooting he,s trying to find out will
there be any problem doing the change over could some one let
me know if they done it or know some one that done it,cheers

depends if he is getting it to shoot deer, i've heard of some people having trouble licensing 22/250 for vermin alone

I changed from a .223 to a .22-250 with no hassles they even wrote me a cover note there and then

Although when I went in the sergeant was asking why I needed it when a .22lr will kill a fox and .22-250 is a deer caliber which I already have a .270 for... I just that I reckon a fox would die faster win the .22-250 and I hate to see em suffering, the two guards started roarin laughing sayin tWas the best excuse they heard in a long time!
