windows 7 problem

some help needed please, when i turn on the computer it is asking me to select safe mode or start normally or comant prompt etc.... when i select any of them it comes up startign windows then a blue screen flashes but not near long enough to see what it says then just re-starts. ive been away in germany for the last 6…

When you turn on your computer, if you press and hold F8 just before the menu appears you can choose an option to "Disable automatic restart on system failure". Then when you start Windows it'll not restart at the blue screen error, so you can read it properly.
