    was a great game but I'm never gonna buy anything from apple so I'll just have to make do with a PC and emulator

    Touch-screen controls are awful for anything other than slow-paced strategy games. You'd be better off getting a cheap PSP, putting on custom firmware and installing a SNES emulator - all or which is pretty easy.

    Space invaders: infinity gene and the ipod/iphone Cave shooters show that fast games can work with a touchscreen...but in general I shy away from anything that just tries to mimic physical buttons
