    It is sensationalist but, I use it daily. If I am online, I always end up having a quick scan of the headlines.

    Can be very useful. For example, they ran a story (backed by a Chinese news article) that China were due to raise rates. Reuters then ran the same article an hour or two later. The markets sold off. The Chinese raised the Reserve Ratio for banks by the end of the week so they only got it half right. There is a bit of a stopped clock about them at times though.

    They can break news at times. It is often noise but there are gems in there.

    In summary, I would describe it as an alternative slant on financial news.

    Editorially, it is strongly influenced by Austrian economics.

    It is of the opinion that there will be an ultimate destruction of fiat currency and the current banking system.

    Honestly, all I can say is that I find financial media interesting but it (ALL OF IT) makes less and less sense to me all the time. I have gone back to reading science books, its nice to have some opinions I can feel confident of.
