Went to my mother's the other day and it seems her range is very bad and not heating the house properly. The hook things seemed to have just broken off I took some pictures so you'll have an idea. Could anyone how I could fix it?

Classic , the grate is burnt out , buring normal house coal????????

You should be able to get replacement grate from anywhere that sells stanly ranges.

give them a call in waterford , they have a large stock of parts ,looks like you need some fire bricks too
