I was wondering how much would you buy a set of 6 nissan input shaft bearings for my gearbox ive been quoted 400inc vat Is this about right? thanks to anyone who takes the time to reply as ive a feeling i might be walking into a fast one:(

if you get the code for the bearings you can ring any bearing supplier and bypass the main dealer. I would think that any more than €20 per bearing is expensive but they may be larger than I expect them to be. For comparison the last bearing I priced was a 6305 which was about €6, it measures 25mm inside diameter, 63mm outside, about 17mm wide.
