Why are people always so quick to believe the worst?

    Having read certain things on boards and just in life in general I have found this.
    Call me naive but I always find that people believe the worst so easily!

    easy when you have our political leaders telling us things will get better.

    if they were telling us things would get worse, i'd be more optimistic.
