    Alright pals,

    living in the uk at the minute. Selling the ROI motor, SAAB 93, should get around £7000. Was looking at splashing the cash on a 2001 S320 Benz, probably with approx 100K on the clock.

    Seem like a cracking car, an ex mate of mine had one and he loved it.

    What do you think, how is the reliability and the performance of these wagons?

    IIRC they're a no touch until after 2002-2003! Lovely cars though. Nice rumble, even for a diesel.

    Is that why the prices are so "cheap". Seems a lot of car for the money. What are the main issues.

    Meant to be a disaster for electrical problems, was the start of the Mercedes Downhill spiral for quality.
