    Hi all,

We let the oil run out during the week. Got a fill today but the guy who delivered didn't have any tools to get it restarted. My question is can i chance turning it on without bleeding it or do i need to get someone to have a look at it before it's switched on?

Thanks in advance for any advice

If you post a picture of the burner it would help, or you can loosen the flexi hose as where it connects to the burner until the air bubbles clear.

have no way of posting a picture at the moment. I tried starting it but it shuts off. There's a red button on the boiler that i pressed a couple of times but it still shut off. There's some type of nut there that looks like it could be turned. Prob need to go try borrow a vice grip or something.
