    Hi,

    Friend looking to rent a double room from Jan 1st - (can view and pay deposit immediately). She is working in UCC. Needs parking (off street) and within 10 minute walk to college.

    Quiet & clean house occupied by mature students/ professionals would suit. Owner occupied house also suitable.

    Travelling back home most weekends - so mainly Mon - Fri occupancy.

    Fairly decent property required.
