Just saw a deal in CityDeal.ie today for St Tropez Tan, Full Set of Nails and Lash Extentions at Xtension Angels for €32

Thinking of buying it for my little sister.

Anyone ever dealt with the salon or heard any reviews? They're on Mary Place Dublin 1

I was wondering about them aswell...

but I got an email about the deal and its 39e for all the above and also a wash and blowdry but when I click the link to get it, it brings me to the 32euro deal?!!!

Also wondering is it a full body or half body tan in the offer, it doesnt specify!

Been there once before for a spray tan and waxing. Salon is very small but service was good. Would go back!

Bought the cirydeal voucher and my sister has tried to use it but we can't get through on the number on the site. Sounds like it's off the hook but I'm worried they might be gone?

Anyone know if they are still in business?

It can be really hard to get appointments with citydeals
try emailing and being very flexible

I have a voucher for this Xtension Angels place from City Deal. I've been trying to contact them for nearly a month now to get an appointment. Every time I ring, the phone is engaged or I get a message, "The person you are calling knows that another call is waiting."
Their phone must be off the hook. There's no way anywhere is that busy. I have tried at various different times of the day.
I also tried emailing them using the booking link on their website. To say I was flexible was an understatement. I gave them about ten dates (weekends and weekdays) in May and June when I was available all day. They have not even replied.
I went to City Deals to see about getting a refund. The CityDeals (Groupon) homepage says, "Whatever the query, we’ll take care of it" so I was hoping they would help.
I explained that I would like a refund as I cannot get through to the Xtension Angels salon to book an appointment. City Deals told me that I could only have a credit, unless they can verify that their other customers had the same problem. I told her about the various posts and comments on the internet, such as this one. She said that they didn't care what was on the internet - they just cared about what their own customers had to say.
(Apologies for the rant. I will get to my point now!)
It seems to me that the majority of people who are dissatisfied with Xtension Angels are CityDeals voucher holders. If you are having the same problems as me, ring City Deals and tell them! If we don't complain, they won't know there's a problem. The City Deals freephone number is 1-800-936-927. Help me get my refund!

I got the moroccan oil treatment voucher for Xtension Angels (not sure which deals group it was with) no issues with contacting them or getting a booking - had it done Saturday 2 weeks ago & had only booked the week before.....
