Rotas may be cheap but they are a quality wheel. They're not forged but most are quite light (5.5 kgs for a 15")

seriously though, what kind of budget have you got?? you could be suprised at what good quality 2nd hand wheels you can get, whats your budget whats your PCD and does your budget include tyres?? Oh and whats your car (any pics?)

il say 200 maybe 3! Just got a glanza but the alloys have seen better days! Probably talking alloys without tyres with that money..

300 is a decent figure to play around with, I'd have a look on ebay UK and see what you find.
To get them couriered to Ireland will be around 60 quid, so keep that in mind too.

you do know rotas are cheap copies of other wheels, look on donedeal parts sections loads of second hand wheels on it
