Hi I have a problem with my car, there's a fault that keeps coming up saying "anti theft fault" and the car wont start. Just wondering if anybody knows why or how i can fix this issue. There was no manual with the car when i bought it 2nd hand.

Sounds like an immobiliser fault....maybe try a second key if you have one.
when you turn off the ignition and leave the key in the ignition (ignition off) open the drivers door can you hear an alarm to remind you to remove your key..??
if not then you'll have to get it on some diagnostic equipment to see whats the problem.
