A quick question on tax...

I'm about to set up a small website (it's kind of a blog, not selling anything on it) which may generate a small amount of income through advertising.

My question is, if I do make a small amount of money do I have to go through all the hassle a sole trader or small company does to pay their taxes?

Am I right in thinking that as long as I earn under 7,000 I don't have to do anything?

    Thanks

You should set-up as a sole trader just to record the income. Revenue Office will actually help with this
