    its a news vid from msnbc.

    Brazilian police and marines went into a Favela in Rio to shake up the local drug lords. They naturly fled.
    But in one of the drug lords gaf's they found a massive mural on the wall of JUSTIN BIEBER!!!
    Apparently the druglord was a massive fan!!
