    People be aware vodafone can open an account in your name if you show photo ID in the store, they do not need signed contracts anymore according to staff member.

    er,well yeah if you're showing YOUR ID then wheres the issue? if they could open an account for someone who just said they're you itd be a problem

    To form a contract, they need your signature or in the case of a phone call, your voice recording that you allow such. Ask to be shown your signature.

    Airtricity do the same thing with their door to door reps. I'd have thought it'd be a touch illegal, but they get away with it.
