How can I get the N.E.W.B to take me to court?

Don't ask me why I want the National Educational Welfare Board to take me to court because it is too long and complicated and if I answer, this thread will probably be deleted like some of my threads on the "primary and preschool" forum were. I can't ask this question there as I have been banned from starting a new thread on this topic in that forum.
I have voluntarily removed my son from his school and am not trying to get him into another school and am not offering to home tutor him. I have reported myself to the guards, the ombudsman for children and the N.E.W.B and not only has no action has been taken against me but they are refusing to take any future action.
What do I have to do to get the N.E.W.B to take legal action against me?
This is a serious question so I don't want silly answers involving things like arson, assault or burglary.

    1. For the legal aspect of this you should consult a solicitor. You will have to pay them to advise you, but they will deal with the specifics and advise you on your options.

    2. For the part of this thread that relates to you neglecting your son's educational welfare to prove some sort of misguided point of principle, I would strongly advise that you seek professional psychiatric help. I'm not joking and you might not yet realise it yourself, but it sounds like you have a condition that needs to be looked at.
