Item bought online leaked during delivery

    I bought a bottle of cod liver oil, from iherb (an American site).

    Product below:

    It has just been delivered in the box from An Post but the bottle has managed to leak everywhere in the box. I've completely opened the package and the bottom of the bottle is smashed hence it leaking everywhere.

    Do I have any recourse from An Post or iherb?

    Your contact should be with iHerb. As the supplier, they are responsible for any claim against the shipping agent.

    I contacted them there via the live chat on their site(brilliant option), and they said they would either refund me or ship a new one out.

    So happy with that.
