Can anybody please give me an idea as to what to expect on the day for an unfair dismissal case? Do you give a speech or are you asked questions etc? I am aware that you must give 5 copies of documents that you wish to rely on. Thanks.

You will be asked to explain the circumstances and questioned.
There is a 3 on the judgement panel.
You can telephone for advice.

If you are representing yourself make out a statement of all the relevant facts in chronological order, and follow that order when giving evidence

may i ask, how long it took you to bring a unfair dismissal claim from the time of the dismissal to the courts?

From 5th May to 11th November 2010 and a decision 13 February 2011.
