I got the xbox open but the ps3 is a different story as you can see by the pic, I get this duplicated problem, anyone know how to fix this please?

Just taking a guess here as I haven't forwarded a port in years and am open to correction.

From looking at that pic, entry 1(xbox1) starts at 79 and ends at 81..ie includes 80.

Entry 9(ps5) starts and ends at 80, possibly leading to your duplication issue.

This might help, some games have different ports than others.
So select the game you want and it will guide you through it.

You shouldn't have any problems with Moderate.
Moderate = NAT 2 which is probably the best connection AFAIK.

thanks for that but that 3074 to 3074 will interfere with the xbox one and will result in the the duplication error

This works for me. On PS3 go into Network Settings - Status List - take note of IP Address. On router settings go into DMZ - click Enable and enter IP Address of PS3. My NAT Type is 2 but CoD and Fifa are now Open, they were Moderate.

This is the only way to do it so both devices can run at the same time.

If you have a router with decent upnp, you may be able to run one at a time by removing all port forwarding and letting the devices make their own port forwards. However, I've yet to see this work out properly and you'll probably end up doing the DMZ one anyway.

The Port forwarding is essentially opening a hole in the firewall on your router and ensuring data is routed directly to your device. Putting one of the devices out in the DMZ puts it outside of the firewall.

You can't port forward to 2 devices - just 1.
So make sure both devices have a static IP.
Put 1 device into the DMZ
And then port forward your ports to the 2nd device.

You can still run into issues though. Because you are trying to use the same ports on the devices, some routers will always route everything off that port to the device in port forwarding no matter what. The downside then is that only 1 can run at a time. It will depend on your router, but is worth a shot.
