NQA Level 8 equivalent in Fetac?

I have a Level 8 bachelors degree in social care from dit and have been asked what the equivalent is in fetac childcare qualifications for a new job. Can anyone tell me if it has an equivalent or is it a totally different things? Thanks!

Sounds a bit odd. Fetac awards are only up to level 6, you have a higher qualification. The framework is here:
