My wife has a basic model hoda civic the electric button start newer model for that year. Anyway is it possible to get a bluetooth audo and phone kit built in or is some sort of ready to go kit available please?

The radio is not a standard looking model so its not just a case of a new radio unit. I dont see any 3.5 jack inputs for the unit there either, maybe its something that someone who knows what they are doing should look at. Obviously I dont want to spend a pile of of money on it.

The 3.5 jack connection to allow an Ipod to connect to an Aux input would do her as she has a bluetooth hands free kit for the phone inplace. But there may be a better allround solution, but she really just wants the music at the moment, she does not want the radio FM tuner unit.

I would appreciate any help on the issue, thank you in advance.

    Regards

    Niall

Depending on which spec the Civic is, the aux input should be near or beside the Cigarette lighter as far as I know.

In that case you're going to need to buy an adapter that plugs into the back of the radio to allow an AUX input. The base model didn't get the AUX in as far as I know, so your only option is the adapter tbh!
