My O2 app?

    This doesn't seem to be working for me, anyone else having trouble?

    The remaining mins, texts, data its showing for me is in no way accurate or up to date.

    Mine won't work for me either, I have two accounts linked to mine I thought that was the problem. On the bright side it's good to know that it might not be a "user" issue, I was beginning to wonder if I was just a bit thick.

    the last time mine updated was yesterday at 13.33 when i open it now i get an error message that says something about Bad URL

    Working for me right now, but another question what is the badge on it for? Mine shows 10 but no idea why.

    Had a problem as well but it wasn't just the iPhone app, the data on the web was the same. My a/c is supposed to roll over on the night of the 12/13 but when I checked up to yesterday (14th) it hadn't restarted the clock on my monthly allowance of talk, text and data but they seem to have fixed it this morning.

    By coincidence the iPhone app was refreshed today, new version but can't see any difference.

    I finally worked this one out a couple of days ago, it's poorly (if at all) documented so let me explain....

    When you click on 'Remaining Units' you can tap on one of the categories and a tick mark will appear, the red badge on the app icon will then show you how many units are remaining on that category of usage. If you tap on the same category the tick will be removed, you can also cancel it by tapping on a different category.

    When you tap on any category, the banner at the top of the screen will get pushed down and a message will briefly appear above it saying 'Badge added/removed from app icon'.

    My data hasn't updated in 5 days. It's logged with CC and i got them to put a note on my a/c any data i use over my allowance will not be chargeable this month. Handy as i was running low!

    If you download the call data since the last bill you'll probably find that there is a cutoff at the correct date so although the iPhone and web apps might say you have reached the limit of your monthly allowance, it does look as if the old billing period is cut off at the correct date so ultimately you'd probably be ok, no harm to be sure though as you've done.

    Anyone having a problem with the new 02 my account app.
    The app doesn’t display my all my account allowances. It indicates they are unavailable.
    It only displays webtexts and data allowances. If I turn on the Badge icon it will display the correct minutes/text amounts left.
    I’m on simplicity 100 if that make a difference, so is my GF who is having the same problem.
    I can check on the 02 website with no problems. I posted on the 02 forum but I didn’t get anywhere.
    I tried all the standard tips and trick of reinstalling, hard resets etc.
