Anything to 10K???

I was wondering if any of you could tell if there is a plan broken down by the week like C25K plan but for 10k?
I have seen and read loads for freeway to 10k and bridge to 10k, podcasts and all but cant find the actually plan so I can see what lies ahead for me!

I've finished Couch to 5K and was going to do that one, but decided to go with the Hal Higdon plan linked above instead.
