SEAT Altea problems

A mate has a farily new Altea , ahe loves it apart from 4 problems... firstly , there' a water leak,on the passenger side , making the carpet damp .. seems to be around the heater bos , and seems to be rainwater . Seondly one of the wipers stopped working , then the screenwasher. And lastly the heater fan has started…

IMO the leak has caused the fan to act up , theink it blew the resistor.. and the frost probably killed the screnwash pump. Any other suggestions?
