Hi, I have a 7 year old son and he is extremely shy in groups etc. He is a very tough lad, with amazing determination but terrible temper. He is tough and very strong for his age. He likes football but wont get involved and is too shy to speak so I am thinking a solo sport may be his best bet. Does anyone think 7 is too…

No that is a good age for him! Go to the IABA.IE site and you will find a list of clubs in your area!
If he trys it and likes it would be great for him! Confidence would improve, make a few friends! Learns how to look after himself and stay healthy
