Returning an item to mandmdirect

Hey bought a pair of work boots on mandmdirect.ie, got them and they dont fit, no fault of the site. I am hoping to return this item via post. Anyone returned to them before and recommend the cheapest method possible to return them to the UK.

Hey bought a pair of work boots on mandmdirect.ie, got them and they dont fit, no fault of the site.

I am hoping to return this item via post.

Anyone returned to them before and recommend the cheapest method possible to return them to the UK.

We have returning things to them before, and we sent it registered post, since the postage was less than a tenner, did not bother to shop around.

But your boots would be a parcel post rates, ours was light enough for letter post.
