Flat screen TV HD Ready

    Hiya!

    Not sure if this should be here.

    We have this flat screen TV, its about 2 years old and suddenly it just started turning on and off by it self, any ideas?

    Are you sure that it's the TV ?
    Take the batteries out of the remote control and see if it still does the same!!

    Sorry i though I had got back to you.

    It wasn't the remote, in the end I opened it up ;) and removed the board on the side of the TV with bottons for the on/off, menu, etc and it worked, installed it again just to make sure and it started doing it again, so for the moment the board is out and TV is working fine.

    Thanks for the suggestion, I hadn't even thought of that. :)
