Hi.

A friend gave me his daughters laptop to remove some viruses, but when I received it I was unable to connect the charger, it won't insert fully into the socket. There is a small adapter into which the main charger cable connects and this is then inserted into the charger socket and this is where the problem occurs. Any idea if this is fixable without taking it to a specialist?
