I dont think its a scam. I was looking at this morning and thinking of buying it too. Its quite clever what theyre doing as you have to book a holiday for 2 to use the voucher, so say the average cost is around €700-800 for 2 people the voucher works out at around 12-15% discount in reality. Still a good deal but they make it sound better by selling the voucher for €8 instead of €100.

well you are obviously signing up to directholidays so that is not necessarily a BA, try www.ryanair.ie and www.holidaylettings.co.uk and you'll save real money, e.g. I'm booked for a family of 5 in August for two weeks in Tenerife for €1100 flights and accommodation

Main problem with any of these vouchers is you must pay the full brochure price.
Personaly, I have never paid full brochure price for a holiday.
Theres always some sort of reduction/discount available.

But its only 8 euro so maybe its worth a shot?

Voucher valid on full brochure priced holidays only

don't know about Direct, but most holiday companies have discounts for booking in advance, booking online etc.

Any of these brochure, hotel, ferry, airline etc vouchers alway specify that you have to pay full price/rack rate, so its not always such a good deal.

I got a couple of them anyway. May do as a stocking filler anyway or something. People will be happy anyway with a 100 quids voucher...
