Problem communicating with Multitrip.com

I sent in a claim to multitrip.com a few weeks ago as i had been in hospital and missed flights. Anyway three weeks later and nothiong from them. I went on their website yesterday and i filled out the online contact link and still nothing from them. Anyone else out there have experience of this with multitrip i'm bit…
