    I met this guy a few weeks back that i used to work with. We didn't know each other very well when we worked together, but the time we did spend together went really well and we got on great. When we met again a few weeks back, he approached me and we stayed chatting for more or less the whole night.
    At the end of the night, he didn't ask we out (as i get the impression that he's a bit shy) but he gave me his card and said that we should ''hang out'' sometime..
    Anyway, a few days later, i senthim a txt - he replied straight away saying that it was great to hear from me and we chatted for a few days by text....but he hasn't asked me out yet...
    Anyway, it's been about a week and i've heard nothing from him. What should i do?? Should i text him, and be more flirty than i was before. I really liket his guy. Any advice would be great..

    Maybe I've missed something blindingly obvious ..................... but what's stopping you from asking him out?

    You should definitely ask him out. just something casual like "hey do you fancy going for a few drinks sat night"

    what have you got to lose!

    No harm in texting him again, exchange a few texts and then say to him, "if you fancy meeting up for a few drinks again soon let me know ;)" and leave it at that, ball entirely in his court then, and you don't risk huge embarrassment by doing so if he doesn't want to see you again.....

    I have to be honest with you, usually if you're left wondering or suspicous as to whether he likes you or not, it may mean that he's not all that interested. Give him another text and talk to him again, maybe mention a film in the cinema that you'd really like to see or something like that and give him the initiative to ask to see you in person. If it doesn't go any further, I say leave it
